KC offers a very comprehensive and one-of-a-kind “matchmaking” process for placing just the right Employer & Personal Assistant together. Our ultimate goal is to create a higher level of recognition for Personal Assisting as a career choice through the education & support systems incorporated into our placement process and other services. Upon completion of the registration process, Kerri Campos will personally interview you to give you a unique and individualized assessment. Kerri also provides ongoing support, consulting and strategic career advice throughout your employment search.
If you have never been a Personal Assistant it is important to note a few things. Although this job can sometimes bring variety and excitement, it is not assured. Every position is unique and there are a few common misconceptions. It is not usual to make a lateral move from any other profession. If you have not been a “Personal Assistant” exactly (not an office assistant or any other job where you think you’ve handled all of the same duties or that you have all the right traits), then you may have to start with entry-level Personal Assistant jobs. An entry-level Personal Assistant job can sometimes start around the average salary of $500 per week. Of course higher salaries can be paid for the more experienced Personal Assistants and/or requests for specific areas of expertise.
