Policy
All assistant and employer prospects are personally interviewed by Kerri Campos. In order to facilitate the most effective match, each interview process is personalized to best suit the needs of each individual.
As part of our referral service, Kerri Campos Consulting will verify all information provided by each employee candidate (resume and references) and provide that information to an employer upon request. Any additional background checking is left to the sole discretion of the employer.
All assistant and employer candidates will be asked to provide references.
Fees:
Job placement services may be utilized for any part-time or full-time position. The placement fee is 100% employer paid. The service fee and signed contract are due prior to the first day of employment of a candidate referred by Kerri Campos Consulting. The service fee charged is equal to 20% of the first year’s annual gross compensation package (exclusive of health, vacation and/or retirement benefits if offered). Should any non-standard expenses be required (e.g. outside advertisement, investigative services, etc.) the client will be responsible for these fees directly.
The fee for our service is earned if a candidate is hired, directly or indirectly by an employer for the listed opening, for an unlisted opportunity within the firm for another division, subdivision or affiliate, as a result of our efforts within one year of the initial referral or interview. In the event the employer does not hire an applicant referred by Kerri Campos Consulting but refers the applicant to another employer who hires the referral, the original employer assumes full responsibility for the placement fee.
Guarantee:
Kerri Campos Consulting offers an unconditional replacement guarantee for the first 60 days of employment. Although the fees are non-refundable if, for any reason, employment is terminated within the guaranteed 60 day time period, Kerri Campos Consulting will replace the employee at no additional charge. The replacement credit is valid for sixty days from the date the first placement ends and is only applicable for the same position (including compensation package and other search criteria).
